Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

For some time now the keyboard on my Envy x360 has been behaving strangely. E.g., backspace key triggers print screen, print screen key does nothing, numpad 8 operates numpad 7 (and so does numpad 7). Few other keys just won't work. I have done a full factory reset, disabled various drivers and reset the BIOS, but the problem remains. Laptop has been to a workshop how tried to redo the keyboard connections, but this did not fix the problem. Has anyone else come across this issue and found a fix?
