Product: HP Envy x360 Convertible 15-bp1xx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I had encountered an issue connected with my laptop. The metal lid and screen completely separated, causing me to be extremely concerned of utilizing the x360 functionality. Additionally, the screen isn’t equally lit, having screen bleed on the bottom of the screen. I don’t know what to do or who to contact so I hope to have any bit of help from anyone to fix these issues.
