Hello,
I had the worst product experience ever with this HP Envy x360 laptop. My laptop hinge popped out of the screen and is literally not functional any more. There is no customer service on these issues and no help at all.
I was told this is known HP hinge issue (it's all over the internet too.)
Please help fix this issue.
