Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, 

We have recently purchased 8 Envy x360 convertible 15bp1xx laptops. We also purchased thunderbolt 120e g2 docking stations.

 

My issue is that the docking station works but will not charge the laptop. 

Are there any docking stations for this model that will charge the laptop as well?

What is your 15bp1xx (xx must be from 00 to 99 and few more characters after that).  Please use the following instructions to find out the model/product of your machine:

  http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c00033108

  Please do NOT post its Serial number (s/n).

Right now I am only able to access the systems remotely. I don't have one in front of me. 

 

HP Support Assistant only shows the model number I pasted above. I get the same when I run the WMIC CSPRODUCT GET NAME command.

 

The product number is 1ZA15AV if that helps
