Hi.
I have an Envy x360 Convertible, model number (15-bq150na). A few months ago, the rubber strips fell off my 4 month old machine. Considering it cost me about £900, I was obviously really annoyed. Although it's still under warranty, I bought it through PC World (despite having major issues with them in previous purchases) and have been told that it must be sent away. As I use this machine for work and study (I'm a freelancer), I can't be without a machine for any length of time.
Does anyone know where I can buy the strips to replace them myself? Much as it pains me, I'm willing to pay for the parts as there are holes underneath which were previously covered by the rubber strips and I worry about dust getting into the machine.
Thanks in advance

Thanks.
Unfortunately, my exact model wasn't listed. In the end, I was able to speak to someone at customer services who was able to order the correct part for me over the phone.
Buying from an organisation who are supposed to be responsible for this but have such a poor customer service record ie PC World is something I won't risk again in the future!
