Product: Envy x360 13"
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My Envy x360 is only a month old and I've noticed the screen at the top edge is lose and pops out and it moves slightly when I press it back in but it doesn't stay in, is this normal? I expect better from an otherwise is a very premium laptop with a price tag to match.

I see that you are experiencing an issue with the display and it sounds like hardware related issue, hence, I would request you to contact our Phone Support and our Support Engineers should be able to sort this out.

HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link:

  • Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/
  • Select the product type.
  • Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.
  • Select the country from the drop-down.
  • You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed
