Hello,
I purchased Envy13 in Korea about 20 months ago.
I realized the 128GB SSD is not enough for the purpose of my job (I am a researcher).
1. Is it possible to add HDD to my laptop, or if it's not possible, to replace my SSD with a larger one?
2. If so, what are compatible with my laptop?
3. Do I have to upgrade by myself, or can I visit one of your service centers to delegate to a professional?
Thank you.

The ONLY storage slot on that laptop is an M.2 slot. No room for a hard drive or a 2.5 inch SSD or any other disk. The only way to have additional storage is to swap in a larger capacity SATA-3 M.2 disk 2280 form factor.
See pages 26-30 here for procedure:
It is authorized for customers to remove the back cover for memory, storage or wireless card upgrades. Remove the rubber feet and 11 screws and remove the back cover. The M.2 disk is held in with a single screw. Where are you located now? Still in Korea? Procedures for post warranty support vary from country to country but having HP do it post-warranty is generally a pretty expensive way to do it. You should have no problem finding a tech shop in Seoul that can do it for you for less money. The part will be readily available and I can suggest something like the Samsung 850 Evo M.2 SSD
Your laptop will not take the faster PCIe/NVME variety of M.2 disk.
Happy to also discuss software transfer/reinstallation onto a bigger capacity disk.
Post back with any other questions and please accept as solution if this is the answer you needed.

Manual: http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c04996189
See page 29, 30
You can increase the capacity of M.2 SSD to 256gb or 512gb
You've to buy M.2 2280 SATA SSD. Samsung 850 Evo is a good one.
No bay/slot for additional hard drive or SSD present
It's pretty simple to replace the SSD, depends on your level of expertise
If you desire, you can get help from certified technicians or may be HP authorised service centre itself

I wondered when you might ask that. Several ways. Use the HP recovery manager app to make a factory reinstall usb thumb drive. This will restore to factory condition. You can also make a Windows 10 bare OS recovery disk from the Microsoft Media Creation Tool site. Free download and you need no Key Code to reactivate. The Microsoft servers know your computer and will just activate. Get drivers and original HP apps from this site. You can clone old disk to new using one of several free or paid apps (Macrium Reflect, Acronis True Image to name a couple) or Windows 10 has a built in ability to make a system image which can be stored on an external disk drive and used to reinstall your OS apps and settings exactly as they are. Sort of like a clone but you get new fresh Windows system files.
