Product: HP 14 Laptop (30J32AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

El sistema no detecta la cámara integrada a la laptop. Ya he intentado TODOS los pasos recomendados en los foros, los soportes técnicos, configuración de privacidad, de drivers, etc. Todo lo referido al Software ya lo he intentado.
El computador NO tiene ningún botón de habilitar o deshabilitar la webcam. Simplemente dejó de funcionar y el computador dejó de detectarla. 
Uno de los pasos sugeridos fue desisntalar los drivers e iniciar la reinstalación automática, pero al no detectar el hardware, nunca se reinstalaron, por lo que no aparece en el administrador de dispositivos.
Estoy realmente Perdida y necesito ayuda para solucionar este problema.
