Hi,

I'm getting error 90B on start up, fan error.

The laptop has two fans, is there any way to know which fan is failing?

I have deconstructed the laptop and cleaned the fans and outlets throughly but still get the error.

Using the HW Monitor utility would be a way to check the fans operation.

To clear the error, unplug the fan connector(s) and plug them back in.

Before completely reassembling the laptop, disconnect the battery connector and  reset the EC (embedded controller)  by pressing and holding the power button for more than ten seconds and then releasing it.
