HP Pavilion dv6-3030er
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hello! When the notebook is turned on, the cooler turns on for maximum revs, then the revs decrease, but after 30-35 seconds after switching on, the cooler starts to spin again at maximum rpm. Included in the room + 20 * C, on the street + 2 * C, сonstantly after 30-35 seconds after turning on the cooler turns at maximum speed.. Modified BIOS, in the version "F.23 Rev. A" and "F.29", the computer turns off after 1-2 hours, after switching on it produces an overheating error (90E), sometimes (90D). Now Bios "F.09 Rev. A", until it turns off, but the cooler is at its maximum, and it's very noisy (especially at night). Checked by monitoring programs: "Speccy",  "HWMonitor",  in this version of Bios show the temperature of the motherboard  (Hewlett-Packard 144A (CPU))90 * C, in the latest BIOS version the temperature of the motherboard is 85 * C. The cooler is new, the thermal paste in the service has been changed, the radiators have been cleaned, nothing has changed. In one service center they say that the temperature sensor on the motherboard burned, in another service they say that there is no temperature sensor on the motherboard and you need to change the processor (Intel Core i5 450M). When I install Windows 10, the laptop turns off every 30-40 minutes, after turning on, it writes an overheating error (90E) or (90D). You can somehow programmatically turn off the temperature control so that the cooler does not make noise. Laptop, a little warm.

Thank you!
