Excessive fan noise and fan constantly on - Brand new Pavilion 15-cw1045AU

I have purchased a brand new Pavilion 15-cw1045AU. The fan is on from the moment I turn on the laptop and is excessively noisy and rattling before I even have any applications open. Has anyone else experienced this?  Should I be looking at a replacement laptop?

Thank you for supplying this information. I had already tried everything that you attached. I tried a second time just in case and nothing has improved. I will be seeking a refund so that I can receive a new laptop in proper working order.

3) Enter the serial of your device. 
4) Select the country from the drop-down. 
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences.
