Pavilion 15-cw1045AU

I have purchased a brand new Pavilion 15-cw1045AU. The fan is on from the moment I turn on the laptop and is excessively noisy and rattling before I even have any applications open. Has anyone else experienced this?  Should I be looking at a replacement laptop?
