My mom recently purchased an HP Pavilion laptop for me, but it turns out it’s not a touchscreen model as I had hoped. Since I primarily use touchscreen devices, I’d like to exchange it for a touchscreen version. The laptop was purchased about 1–2 weeks ago, and I received it this week.
Would it be possible to exchange this laptop for a touchscreen model without additional costs? I’d appreciate any guidance on the return/exchange process or specific policies, especially considering it was bought by someone else on my behalf.
