Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Currently I am unable to type Shift-1 on my keyboard. No text editor or the computer registers the "1" button press while holding down shift, both right and left shift, but Shift-2 etc. all work, and the "1" key works by itself individually. I have no added hotkeys and have found other forum posts where there was no solution. Has anyone else found an issue like this?
