Your HP Laptop 15s-fq2717TU (7G6H3PA) can be fitted with up to 2 x 32GB DDR4 PC4-21300, 2666 MHz, Non-ECC, Unbuffered, SODIMM, 260-pin RAM sticks. Not that you would ever need this much RAM.
You could use DDR4 PC4-25600 (3200 MHz) RAM, which will down throttle to 2666 MHz.
You can upgrade your M.2 NVMe SSD to any size you choose (1TB, 2TB, 4TB, etc.) -you are only restricted by your budget.
