I bought a new computer in February 2022 and recently found out that my warranty expired on it. Tha warranty actually expired two months before I even bought the computer. I have sent two support tickets to HP and they just close them immediately without addressing the problem. How do I get my warranty?

The device likely just sat on the shelf for a while before purchase.

The original warranty starts when the device is manufactured.

As a rule, this is not a problem - registering the product when you purchase it should / can clear the discrepancy.

 

HP Support case submission cannot "see" any of the reasons why a Warranty is expired - the case might have been rejected before seen simply because according to the records, this device is not in Warranty.

 

The issue can be sorted / fixed / resolved.

Submit a Warranty Dispute form.

I have registered the computer online,
I have also submitted two warranty dispute forms, both of which were closed immediately by HP. 
So I would still like to know how to get hold of someone from HP to resolve this rather than have support tickets closed without any resolution.
