Product: Laptop HP 15s-fq000

I would like to report a dangerously faulty laptop, HP model 15s-fq000.  This laptop exploded whilst on charge. My husband heard the explosion and rushed downstairs to discovering the laptop on fire and making a fizzing sound, he managed to throw it outside, but the laptop must have been smoking for a while prior to exploding, because the kitchen was already filled with smoke.  Thank god someone was home. 

 

I have learned some laptops were recalled due to faulty batteries and I would like to know if this model is one of them and what HP plan to do about this serious incident. The laptop is less than 3 years old and it's just about burned my house down!  Not to mention the fact I'm now without a laptop for work.   

 

I hope someone from HP will contact me urgently giving the seriousness of this incident, but any tips to help me move this forward, would be gratefully appreciated.   Thanks.  Amanda
