I Wonder IF it's possible to extend RAM on this notebook. IT has 2+1 GB to day. I have changed HDD to SSD, but I am not satisfied with the speed. In case it's possible: limit and productnumber.

Your PC can support upto 4GB of RAM, Max.

 

Please see the specs here : https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c01966130

 

 

You may take out the 1GB RAM and Install another 2GB of RAM and make 4GB in total.

Hi,

It supports up to 8GB (2x4GB) DDR2 800Mhz Sodimm RAM.

 

You can buy them online and since there is dual channel support, it is best idea to insert exactly same RAM. Kit of 2x4GB. This will give most system stability and performance.
