 I understand you’d like to extend the warranty for your device in the UK. Let me guide you through the process step by step:

  1. Check warranty status: First, confirm your current warranty coverage by visiting HP’s official warranty check page-  https://support.hp.com/gb-en/check-warranty  . You’ll need your product’s serial number.
  2. Purchase Care Pack: In the UK, extended warranty is offered through HP Care Pack Services. These can be purchased online directly from HP’s website -  https://www.hp.com/gb-en/shop/  while your base warranty is still active.
  3. Eligibility: You must buy the extension before your standard warranty expires. Since you mentioned wanting to extend now, please ensure your device is still under warranty.
  4. Where to buy: Care Packs are available online via HP Store UK. If your device was purchased online.
