You don't need to be logged into anything to reinstall W10.
If you are going to use a DVD to install Windows you don't need to be connected to the internet.
If you are setting up an account for a relative, and they use their Microsoft account to log in, then yes, you will need their account name and password, after you install W10 to set up the account.

Hi:
There are no changes needed in the BIOS for the memory to run in dual channel mode. It's automatic.
If you want to swap out the mechanical hard drive with a SSD, you have two options...
1. Clean install W10 by making bootable installation media with the media creation tool.
Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com)
Your W10 installation has been activated with a digital license which means you can reinstall W10 without having to pay for it.
All you need to do is when you get to the part of the installation that asks you to enter a product key, select the 'I don't have a product key' option, and W10 will install and automatically activate once you are connected to the internet.
2. Clone the existing hard drive contents to the SSD using a free utility such as Macrium Reflect Free Home edition.
Macrium Software | Reflect Free Edition
Buy a SATA to USB cable, plug the SSD into one end of the cable and the other end into your PC's USB port and clone the drive contents to the SSD, remove the HDD and install the SSD in its place.

Is Not needed to login to my Hotmail from Windows 10 in HDD.... before swap drives?
After change with SSD, and do a fresh windows 10 home install
2
Now i have to record the exact version of windows 10 eg home, so install the exact version later on the SSD... cirrect...?

That is correct.
There is no need to log into your Microsoft account to reinstall W10, as long as you select W10 Home from the list presented to you during the installation process, and you select the 'I don't have a product key' option when prompted for a key.
I have done this at least a dozen times on may different PC's and I never had any OS tied to my Microsoft account until I got a new PC in 2020, and if I had known not to connect to the internet when I set up the PC, I could have created a local account on that one too.
As it turned out, I later switched from my Microsoft account to a local account.
