I have a HP Laptop 14s-cf3xxx where I want to add 4 more GB ram because the laptop is not responding and is very slow

There are 2 slot. 32 gigs is the max. Takes DDR4-3200 SO-DIMM

Service Manual 

 

See p. 40. The Manual says the max is 16 gb but Crucial is right that its 32.
