Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have HP 15-dk0096wm  laptop and i'm now in Europe - I need to know where to get a charger that can be used with the sockets here and what external battery is recommended.

You can use the travel adapter (something like https://www.amazon.com/Adapter-Worldwide-Universal-Adaptor-Charging/dp/B01DJ140LQ/) and use the same charging cable. Do check the brick for input, it should say 110-240V
Otherwise, local HP/Amazon or ebay are the best resources.
