Please ONLY use parts on page 26 of the following manual

 

              http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c06073269.pdf

 

You can buy 45W or 65W and a right power cord for your country. Please ask HP in VietNam, they should have the right cord for you.
