Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I will be traveling out the US and want a power bank that will work for my laptop. I am almost a Luddite and can't figure out what might work.  Is there anything that will work as a portable power source?

You do not need a power bank in another country, just a power adapter, now if you plan to charge the laptop with a Power Bank this must be at least 45 watts, and it is not advisable because of the energy fluctuations that can have a Power Bank.
