Is anyone else facing the same problem I am. I ordered during black Friday on HP website for a deal on a pavilion X 360. I placed my order on the 28 of Nov and was initially told it will be delivered till 14 Dec. It was not mentioned that its a customized build etc. I wanted the laptop very badly as I needed to get my work done faster. HP informed that it will be delayed till the 29 of Dec and now the order status says it will be sent by the 4 of Jan. This is the first time I am ordering through HP directly. It is not proving to be a good experience as other platforms such as best buy and amazon are much faster in terms of customer support. Do not even get me started on the idiotic virtual chat assistant. I don't know which genius suggested this idea of using virtual assistants to HP. Its a flop concept.

Can anyone suggest what can be done to accelerate the order or shipment. Any help will be appreciated

I know all vendors including HP are trying to do their best to bring their products to customers. But with on-going Covid-19 pandemic, everything is unpredictable. I believe high priority now is vaccine therefore only God knows when things would be going back to normal.


Please wait, it will come.
