I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding the extremely poor customer service I have experienced and the continued delay in resolving my case.

Despite multiple follow-ups, I have not received any meaningful updates or actions on my service request (Edited). The lack of communication and accountability from your support team is unacceptable, especially from a reputed brand like HP. I was assured that the issue would be resolved within a specific time frame, but it has now far exceeded that without any justification or explanation.

This level of negligence and delay is not only inconvenient but also reflects poorly on HP’s commitment to its customers. I expect immediate attention to my case and a clear resolution timeline. If the issue is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter further.

Please consider this a formal complaint and take it seriously.

Based on the case notes, I see that the motherboard was initially replaced due to a power issue. However, you are now experiencing a display issue, for which the team has already ordered a replacement display part for your unit.

 

The current delay you're facing is due to a shipment hold-up. Please be assured that the team handling your case is actively coordinating with the parts supply team to expedite the process and ensure the replacement is shipped to you as soon as possible.

 

In the meantime, I kindly request your continued patience as we work to resolve this for you as quickly as we can.
