Can someone please help me in ascertaining if this battery TE04XL is fake or not? And is it compatible with my OMEN HP 15-ax248tx ?

Purchased it from a local store in my area MANIPUR, INDIA because the HP service center for some preposterous reason cannot procure the battery for as they say my laptop's warranty period has expired and there is some issues with their system.

Right off the bat, i.e purchased it on 30-01-2021, HP Support Assistant wants me to calibrate the battery. So I calibrated the battery using STEPS 3&4 from https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c04700771#AbT2 . Even after all that HP still requires me to calibrate the battery. These are the results after 2 x Calibration:

Looks genuine but the writing on it suggests it is used.

Yes I suspected so but desperation got the best of me and I took it anyway to test/calibrate prior to making the final payment.

IMO Certain red flags suggesting it is fake or damaged or both are:

1. CT not showing on both HP Assistant Battery Test Result https://ibb.co/BKS8nbR & UEFI Diagnostics https://ibb.co/C94Sk4h

2. Minor omissions https://ibb.co/sCCYv84

3. No HP logo on CT label https://ibb.co/PhtJHj0  [The 2017/02 label is from my busted battery]

4. The full charge capacity being only 93% while fully charged i.e 100%. The battery has only 1 charge cycle  and I got it just yesterday on DATE 30 of JAN 2020  https://ibb.co/BKS8nbR

5. Mismatch of CT label's date and HP Assistant Battery Test Result https://ibb.co/sRbny80

ARE these plausible reasons or am I overanalyzing it?

6. AND the issue of the battery being stuck in a perpetual need for calibration makes me think it is damaged. [As mentioned in my first post, I had calibrated it twice already] https://ibb.co/GMLJjwg
