Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently purchased FIFA 21 and it is lagging a lot in frames, its like watching a youtube video on 0.5x speed.

I have tried a bunch of stuff like changing Nvidia control panel settings, tweaking windows 10  graphic settings, setting program based high performance, but the game still lags horribly.

 

What could be the things I need to do to run at least some low-to-mid-end games like FIFA?
