I want to get my HP system information via combination of FN-ESC keys but it is not responding at all. It used to work but now it doesn't. When I opened the system information, I accidentally unchecked the box under the information on the screen and I can no longer access the system information with this shortcut. I urgently need to fix this problem and restore it. I need someone to help me. Thanks in advance.

Hi @_su
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Pressing the FN+ESC key enables the FN lock and disables the hotkey function. You can open "System information" by opening Windows Run dialog ("Windows key + R" shortcut or Right click on the Start button and select "Run" from pop-up menu), type "msinfo32" in the Run dialog, and click on the OK button.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
