Facing battery, shutdown, clicky body sound issue

Hello everyone,

I bought my hp pavilion 2-3 weeks ago, firstly from the one day I feel the that the body sound clicky when I take it in my hand or open the lid. Secondly I feel the battery backup is 2.5 - 2.75 hours with low brightness and keyboard backlit off on the normal usage like browsing and coding and disable the NVIDIA graphic card driver, while play game it give max 45 mins(NVIDIA graphic card enable). Thirdly, it shutdown while playing the game while plugged in, for first shutdown would happen with unknown time like sometime it take 1hr or sometime it take 2hr, once it shutdown first time next shutdown will be within 5 min.

I want to about that this product has that low battery backup and clicking sound, and my all problem will be recovered in the warranty and what will be I get. As my laptop shutdown while using.

(1) Run    msinfo32

(2) Start Windows <Device Manager>

- Expand <Storage controllers>
