HP EliteBook 840 14 inch G11 Notebook PC (8M4X5AV)

Dear Sir,

I bought an HP EliteBook 840 G11 a few weeks back. When I faced issue on that model, I got it replaced through the DOA {Defective on Arrival} policy of yours. But in the new laptop I am also facing the same issue. When I first applied for the DOA i thought it was a hardware issue but I a have realized that it a definitely a software one. I what you guys to help me & also prevent damage to your reputation on because I am assuming this issue is present on all the models.

 

the issues that found in both the models.

1. computer freezing and making a constant loud noise after nearly 15-20 mins on music playback [ after the display is of but the music is playing].  {I think it is because some fault during screen off/before sleep mode, as by disabling sleep mode i have resolved this issue. }

2. random noises are generated during any music playback/video streaming sometimes in a few seconds/ few minutes, & the interesting thing is that this issue is also there when listening songs through Bluetooth headphones {this is the primary reason that now I believe it is a software issue}.

 

I did all software/bios upgrade that your support told me to do, not I found no solution. { I did all these with my DOA declared EliteBook }. I think you are understanding the gravity of this situation. Being a business laptop user, I think this issue should not be there. I want this issue to be escalated to higher management.
