OMEN 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-b0000 (33Z77AV)
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have GPU turning off every time I playing videogames (even Valheim) or working (unity) since i purchased laptop 6 months ago. Official service center refuses to provide me any attention because of water trail on the fan and keyboard (lately water spilled a bit on the laptop, week or two ago). They refuse to show me the damage water caused and refuse to send me motherboard or any components photos proving any damage, only photos of fan and body with some water trails. According to https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_1997171-1363803-16 damage caused by water is not warranty case but service refuses to repair just because of water spilled and there was no damage.
They send me on https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact but there is no Georgia in contact options. What can I do?

Hi @atarz,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd like to help!

We have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now.

Since you mentioned that there is no phone support available, you may have to contact the nearest service center for further assistance.

This situation will need some additional support from our internal teams in HP. For that to happen, we will give you additional instructions/information via Private Message.

Please check your inbox on the forums page for the private message.

If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the Accepted Solution button, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!
