I downloaded a bios file from Hp support, run the installation successfully and was asked to restart the laptop,so I tried restarting but after awhile nothing was showing on the screen but I could hear the fan spinning, so I switched it off myself by pressing the power button, after awhile I turned it on again and I could here fan spinning but the screen remains black, I have then tried all the recovery methods shown my Hp support but non seems to be working for me.
Methods tried so far.
1. Pressing of Key combinations (Windows key + b or v) for recovery.
2.I created a Bios USB file drive
3. I have opened the back cover, taken off the RAM and SSD out and tried different RAM
4. I have connected it to an external display to check if my screen is faulty but nothing displays on the other screen as well.
But nothing seems to be working out, please can you help me out.thank you

Your troubleshooting has been thorough.
Try a power reset. Press and hold the power button for a full thirty seconds.
If that did not help, you are at the point where the only thing that will resolve the issue is replacing the BIOS chip with one that has a version earlier than the one you tried to install.
That will need to be done by someone skilled with a hot air station for the chip removal and capable of programming the BIOS chip.
