Hi:

The error code reported, Memory Module Failure (no DIMM id), means the memory module inside the PC has failed and needs to be replaced.

If your notebook has two memory modules, since the report does not indicate which memory module failed (in slot 1 or slot 2), remove one of the memory modules and see if you get the error.

If you do, then remove that one and install the first one you removed.

Then you shouldn't get the error code again.

Replace the defective memory module.
