Hi, @igorp

Here is the failure report generated by the code you posted, minus your notebook's serial number.

Failure Information
Failure ID Tag Checksum HP Serial Number Test Date Failure Code Device Includes Error Message
QE5N00-882AGW-MFPX6J-C7UF13OKXXXXXXXXXX1/30/2161FPowerAC Adaptor, Battery, Cache Battery Pack, Charger, Power Cord, Power SupplyBattery 1 Corrupt Capacity

The reports generated by these failure codes provide very little useful information and devote most of their energy to providing your notebook's serial number.

I would suggest that you will need to replace the battery in order to resolve the problem.

Below is the link to the service manual for your notebook.

You can use the battery part number listed in chapter 3 of the manual, or the one from the parts list for your notebook.

Hi , thanks for answer...

I am wandering as this is new replacement battery from out of HP. It seem (based on the test) to have the Full charge capacity 2944 mAh versus design cappaciy 2600 mAh.. Think there comes the Corrupt Capacity error from. Could that be serious problem or just??

You're very welcome.

Unfortunately that I would not know.
