Hello. I've been using my laptop for a very long time now but even right after it came back from HP service, it would feel too warm/hot and would make the fan run very loudly. The fan exhaust is under the screen betweem hinges. Does that cause poor circulation perhaps? If so, why does HP chose such flawed design and cause trouble to the customers?
