symptoms:
-laptop has buzzing voice like every 7seconds
-I check it using SpeedFan app, I found that my fan is occasionally stop working, and working again(when working again 1 fan has around 1800 RPM while other +-200 RPM)
-I open my laptop to verify it, and found out it's true that my laptop fan occasionally stop working and working again
-I run system diagnostic/system check --> every other test passed, except Fan Speed Test
Any solution? (my laptop is HP 14S-DQ5

According to this test report, you have warranty and the fan needs to be replaced.

Makes sure you backup important documents as they may replace the laptop instead of fixing the fan.
