As I mentioned in the title, I wanted to know if I should keep active always on or deactivate, because the pc fan starts even if I try to search for a file in file explorer using the search.

Actually, it isn't something you can turn off.
If you disable the "always on" setting in BIOS, it just reverts to its default delta T response to temperature and keeps on cooling as required.
If your processor goes above its maximum temp, it will shut down or throttle the processor on its own to prevent damage to the system board and processor.

No.
Your laptop is protected from overtemperature damage in both of the ways I have described above.
The only thing you need to do is periodically clean the intake and exhaust ports with PC air in a can to keep the fins from being blocked by dust.

The fan keeps your laptop cool and is triggered by a specific change in temperature, so what you are experiencing is normal.
Most people find that enabling the fan "always on" setting in BIOS to be pretty annoying, but that is a personal choice.
