Product: Spectre X360
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Fan is always running at high speed.  Laptop is warm but not very hot.  How can I adjust the fan settings?  I already installed the latest BIOS update.

This seems to affect all the HP ultra portable laptops, mine is an Elite Dragonfly and the fan is always on when the laptop is plugged in. What makes it worse is that the fan is very noisy. I believe this is by design as the battery gets very hot while charging and the fan runs to protect the components next to it.
