Hi there,
I have the HP ENVY Laptop PC 14-eb0000 (167S1AV), and recently dual-booted Zorin OS (based on Ubuntu). It primarily works fine, however, the fan speed doesn't seem to increase with the temperature. The fan runs ever so slightly (so it's not entirely off), but no way near the speed it should be running for the temperatures for my liking.
I tried installing nbfc, but was unable to go through the process. I also ran lm-sensors, but I was not able to indicate the fan sensors (there were no fans shown in the "sensors" command). Everything works completely fine on windows, especially with the HP Command Centre application.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank You
