Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I am not able to use my laptop after it displays fan error. I have tried blowing air through vents,performing a hard reset but all in vain.What should i do now? One last thing i should mention that when cooling fan moves it sounds noisy seems that something is stucked to it.Answer fast.

@Ovi3 To resolve issues such as Fan is Noisy and Spins Constantly:

(Expect a slight delay in response, due to the pandemic)

  • Updating your Notebook computer BIOS
  • Keeping notebook air vents clear and clean
  • Increasing the efficiency of the notebook to reduce heat
  • Using Windows Task Manager to identify corrupt processes
  • Selecting power save settings to shut off your computer when it is not in use
