I just bought Hp laptop model fd0539tu. Since I turned on the laptop the fan keep making noise time from time even though for light work. Is it normal? The noise is not loud but it keep making noise and can be long for about 3-5 minutes. Is there anything you can help?

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

I understand you are hearing a noise in your HP Laptop. Sorry to hear about the issue.

Request you to please keep the Pc on a flat surface and keep the ventilation clean to get air.

Please try the BIOS Restore on the device and let me know if you still get the noise, so we can try advanced steps.

BIOS Restore :
1) Shut down the computer, keep the  charger plugged in
2) Hold down the Windows and B buttons together while the computer is still turned off.  
3) Turn on the computer and continue to hold the Windows and B buttons until a BIOS Recovery screen appears.  
4) Follow the on-screen instructions and click on OK
