HP OMEN 15-en0012np
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,
This looks like a problem with this computer as other internet users have pointed it out too.

I recently bought a new computer: HP OMEN 15-en0012np, but I find something strange.

My computer fan when the computer turns on, stays off. I use the computer lightly and it stays off. I do something more CPU or Memory intensive and the fan turns on. But then, it never turns off again!! My computer is 35ºC, totally idle and in battery saver mode and the fan simply does not turn off. Just blowing cold hair. I changed OMEN Gaming Hub energy settings and it makes no difference too. And I am not plugged to power, so it is using the fan and consuming more battery unecessarily.

What's wrong with this fan/computer? I heard some other users have similar problems...

Thanks in advance for the help.

One solution that *sometimes* help is to turn off the computer and then turn on again... Shouldn't be required to do something like this. The computer is not hot enough for the fan to be working.

Restarting did not help much, atleast when I tryed once.
