I'm currently using HP Victus 16 e0000 I bought it around 10-12 days before. It was all fine and I was getting decent performance. I needed to update my bios for windows 11 and i did by following the instructions on hps website and it seemed fine but when I try to play any game my fans don't work faster my cpu's overheating whilst idle or in game and I realised that my fps is lower than before. I revert back to windows 10, rebooted my windows, so far nothing has changed.

My cpu's idle temp is around 85 when plugged and my fans don't work as before. I used the diagnose application and tested my fans, cpu, battery etc. They all work perfectly well, when I tried to install my older bios the application didn't let me so I tried the recovery usb(with windows + n while usb is plugged), after the process it says recovered but doesn't change anything. I'm running out of options i'll be very glad if i can get some guidence.
