HP Spectre x360 - 15-ch004na
Microsoft Windows 11

The problem I have is that in a very specific scenario where the Radeon RX Vega M GPU is under a higher load than the CPU the fan will not go to its highest speed.  This has resulted in the GPU temperature topping 70 degrees and shutting down - I get a black screen (although I can hear audio is still working) and after multiple reboots I found that Windows had deactivated GPU 1.

Does anyone know how I can manage the thermal profile for the GPU or otherwise manage the fan speeds?  I can see references to HP Command Centre but that does not seem to be available for the 15-ch004na
