Fan spins too loudly

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Since, I bought this product its been ~30 days.  Fan spins always noisy. But today morning its too **bleep**ing noisy. I didn't do anything to damage. I want to get my money back and give back this product.

 Request you to follow the below troubleshooting steps from the document::-Fan Is Noisy and Spins Constantly

            

I have a few recommendations: 

Updating your desktop  computer BIOS 

Keeping notebook air vents clear and clean 

Increasing the efficiency of the desktop to reduce heat 

Using Windows Task Manager to identify corrupt processes 

Selecting power saves settings to shut off your computer when it is not in use
