Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hello, with my new HP EliteBook 855 G8, I encountered quite annoying behaviour of the fan. While I'm doing light office work, it won't keep running at the same speed for more than a few seconds. Usually it switches on and off every few seconds as you can see in the screenshots.
Random ramp in the middle of nowhere (the lowest level /964 RPM/ is acutally fan turned off completely)
Complete madness while whatching 4K Youtube video
Is this normal behaviour with new EliteBooks, have somebody encountered it as well? And is there something to be done about it? I've already updated BIOS and all the drivers using HP Support Assistant.
Thanks for your responses.
