Hi, I just noticed that one of my laptop fans is running at lower speed compared to the other like if fan1 is running at 2.2k rpm then fan2 runs at 200 rpm. I get a fan error (90B) on boot. Even my laptop goes off after like using for 1 hour or more, when battery reaches around 40%. I tried all the system updates and bios update, nothing worked. Need a solution ASAP

I understand that you are getting a 90B error message. 

 

As you have stated that you have the system updated and updated BIOS. Still, you are getting an error message.

 

I would suggest you contact phone support. They will help you.

 

 

Here is how you can get in touch with phone support.

 

1)Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
