This laptop doesn't have a fan in it, but when it boots up, I get the following error:
The system has detected that a cooling fan is not operating correctly.

HP Support finally contacted me about this.
However, the rep only called once, and never responded to my 3 attempts to call back. Then I got an email saying that the case had been closed. Terrible service HP. Are you listening?
