I have a HP Spectre x360 13-aw0xxx
this laptop has 2 fans..
Fan1 and Fan2. And is overheating.
I install SpeedFan, and it shows that Fan1 is over 4500RPM, but Fan2, NEVER is over 100RPM.
i would like to know if Fan2 maybe has a problem? should i change it??
since i bought this laptop, this fan2 NEVER goes more than 100RPM, its that ok?? its normal??

I reviewed your post and I understand that the second fan on the computer is running very slow.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
What is the product number of your computer?
I would like to inform you that it normal for the second fan to run at lower RPM and it is by design.
For the overheating issue, I recommend you update the BIOS and the graphics driver from the below link and check if it helps.

Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!

You can run a test on the fan to check whether it is working correctly.
Refer to the below article for detailed steps.
