Product: HP OfficeJet 200 Mobile Printer

I need urgent support to replace the faulty battery which was sold to us under false commitment of 3 years warranty.

The battery was faulty and did not last for even 4 months. Now I am chasing the supplier, HP support but no on is taking the responsibility to assist. 

The battery has 8 months remaining for the warranty and I am not getting any support to replace it.

Very disappointed.

The batteries do not have a 3-year warranty, it cannot exceed the laptop's 1-year warranty, it is a component that degrades rapidly over time and depends of the use.

I totally agree to your statement. The battery I have is not for laptop it is for a mobile printer and it is very much under factory warranty.
